im 5 feet and i weigh 99 POUNDS...yah im disgusting i know..i feel like everyone looks at me like im gross..i eat VERY healthy and exercise about 45 minutes at least 4 days a week..is there anything I definitely need to do to lose weight? I'd like to get rid of 15-30 pounds if possible..thank u soooo much!! :)

I really hope that you're joking, because at 99 pounds you're already very thin, loosing any more weight would be a very bad idea, medically speaking, and loosing 15-30 pounds would be life-threatening.
You are already at a good weight for your height, you're at the low end of normal, actually, and have no additional risk for any of the complications that can come with being overweight. Loosing any more weight would put you in the underweight category, which is medically risky.
You're already doing everything right, congratulations, you're eating right, exercising, and not overweight, don't change anything.

If U will eat very healthy .. n only 4 days in a week u use to do excercise for 45 mins.. thn how cld u loose ur weight...the possible solutions to loose ur weight...are
1. Dont take healthy food.. like Fried. n Chickna like (Cheese n all tht)..
2. Do exercise daily if possible 45 mins other wise atleast 20 to 30 mins,
3. Start Mrng walk n evening walk as well as Jogging.

If you lost that 30 pounds you are wanting to loose, you would be anorexic, or have some sort of disease!!!

I don't know why you would want to be any skinnier... You need to stop looking at Paris Hilton and all those other fat-less actors and realize it's not at all healthy!!!

Omg, you're really stupid you know that? but no offense. You're being into a really strict diet, and how old are you? This is great start of your health benefits, you dont realize when you get older and get your physical test from your doctor, you maybe one of the healthiest person in the room. Meaning you wotn suffer from high cholestrol, lower risks of body diseases, and immune to most diseases. If you're losing so much, you're wasting yourself into a moronic death or something stupid that you think that everyone else would judge about you. Be yourself, no one else is going to make a stupid decision for you.

You dont need to lose weight, fat weighs less then muscle so dont worry about that, and i dont think you need to lose anything anyway, 99 pounds seems pretty normal for a 5 ft person.

You're joking right? you are underweight as it is. If you lose 15 to 30 pounds you will be damaging your heart and other organs. try going to this website and get more info Good Luck

depending on your age u are probably pretty healthy. i think your weight is okay. if u want to lose wait i would suggest 10-15 pounds. also make sure eat healthy and excersise.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. SERIOUSLY!!! YOU NEED SOME HELP.......if my friend is u height and weight........and shes 18....she looks too skinny......
..if you lose 15 to 30 lbs you are going to look like a skeleton......being 13 years old and wanting to lose weight is horrible......get help and fast!!..
