Hi there.
You didn't mention your age but I would definitely seek medical attention (if you must, see your school nurse and explain the problem).
It is possible that you have hemmoroids which would explain the pain but a rupture would be painful.
To rule out any further conditions, you should really be seen by a healthcare professional.
Don't be embarrassed, they've seen far worse and this is relatively common.
Good luck to you.

If you can see bright red blood, it is usually rectal bleeding. Usually not that serious. Either hemorrhoid or fissure. BUT, combined with other symptoms, it could be a sign for more serious problem. You need to go see a doctor ASAP. At best, it's nothing and you wasted your time and few bucks.
You do not want to mess around with internal bleeding.

Go to a doctor. Bleeding in the wrong area isn't bad when your under 12. If your not under 12 your OK. It starts when u r 12.

You need to see the doctor. If your mom won't take you to your doctor, go to your school nurse ASAP ! The pain is one thing, but blood in that area (when it's not your period) is NOT a normal thing and shouldn't be ignored.

If the blood is red it's probably hemorrhoids. If it's dark brown, go see a doctor. Your mother is trying to scare you about your eating habits.

Your Mom is underestimating the possible severity of your problem. I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor for him/her to run tests such as a colinoscopy.
