Usually I use olive oil 90% of the time, but in this case use pure corn oil, or canola as a second choice. It's the only ones that will add to the authentic flavor!

Corn oil. It's a light oil, with mild flavor that will give a slight nutty flavor to the tortilla.

I do this each and each of the time! only decrease up the tortillas like pizza slices utilizing a pizza cutter. Scatter them on a pan and bake at three hundred for 5 minutes. turn the wedges and bake yet another 5 minutes. it truly is all there is to it- no oil needed! they are high-high quality deep fryed in fryer in case you want them better crisp. in case you take advantage of peanut oil and dry them properly you do not upload any undesirable fat on your weight-help plan.

vegetable oil sounds good. Think we could then get by with calling it a veg table then? a plain oil low in saturated is your best vegetable or canola for the flavor. :-)
