for God's sake dude...don't be cheesy....a song? are you sreious? you must be kidding...and besides, you said this chick was a friend right? ya know i have a theory a boyfriend can become just a friend, but just a friend can never become a boyfriend....ask any chick if she would get into a romantic relationship with one of her good guy friends....

All the slow dance songs are good..
i like Aerosmith "dont wanna miss a thing" (i think)
and theres this other song by the police that is really nice... "every breath you take"
but i personally (personally) REALLy love the song called "Iris" by Goo Goo dolls... it just is a good song (and avril and her husband danced to this song right after the wedding)
just go for any slow songs that are really romantic!

If you don't mind going retro The Best Of Bread has it all. If she even has a small twinkle in her eye toward you, she'll be putty in your hands. Other than that maybe something by the jazz greats. Ooooh Baby.
