Fast food - junk food, same thing.

It is poisonous and non-nutritious.
It is to be avoided.
I think fast food is worse for the health than smoking.

The food giants are not interested in your health, they are only interested in your money. The various preservatives and chemicals in junk food are designed to make you want to eat more, so that you buy more.

You can loose weight by eating a healthy diet. If you eat plenty of fruit, and fresh vegetables, then you will not want to eat other stuff, and will lose weight. And not only that, but you will be far healthier too.
If you avoid processed foods entirely, then you will lose weight.
If you avoid meat, and eat a vegetarian diet, your body will adjust to its natural weight, and you will experience vibrant health.

It will ultimately kill you. Read Fast Food Nation, or watch Supersize Me. On the other hand, it's fun food for kids and a chance for parents to not cook proper meals once in a while. Also, because Macca's is smart enough to stay open 24/7, I suppse they at least deserve to earn the money of people who need to eat when nothing else is open.

It is almost entirely bad for you. It is filled with sodium, preservatives, and extra calories in sauces and alot of it is deep fried. There are hardly any healthy choices, and even those are often ruined by dressings or toppings. The only healthy place is subway and even that can be tricky if you don't order the right thing. It's too bad that such convenient things are so bad for us but maybe we need to learn a lesson in how we rely on fast easy food. we should be home cooking it for ourselves

oh, it depends on what you eat. i've worked at taco bell for 3 years now and i eat it ATLEAST 5 times a week.

generally taco bell has the least calories in their food out of every fast food resturaunt out there, so it isnt too bad.

but everything is ok in moderation.
(lol, or 5 times a week)

the best thing to do would be to look online at the fast food's website and they usually will have the calorie and fat content of most of their food..

the following does not include the healthier choices that are now available. i feel that fast food is one of the major contributing factors to the obesity and overall poor health of the American public. we are a country full of fat, lazy, gluttons who have fat filled, carb rich food available 24 hrs a day for cheap!! where else in the world can you get 3000 calories of fattty fried junk for a few dollars? and you dont even have to walk your fat a$$ into the place, just sit in the car and drive-thru. we have so much diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol it makes me sick. look around you at all the people when you are out in public, so many fat people now it is not even funny it is a serious health issue. even little kids and teenagers are fat now. we are going downhill. wish i could be here in 100 yrs , the average person will probably be 250-300 pounds.

Nothing too bad, its just people eat a lot now, and they don't have any physical activity, so it catches up with them
