what do you think this is???? i am almost positive that its not mosquitoes or ants.

Sounds like its sand fleas, wear skin so soft on your feet up to the knees

Hope you're drinking lots of water, because bugs or blood-sucking insects dont drink blood that is cool or hot, they drink blood when your body tempteraure is up to 65°F to late 70s°F. So if you're an outside person drink lots of water, if you're a person who likes the cold, then well set your thmera-stats below 65°F.
Mosquitoes dont like the wind because since they are so light, a gentle 5 second wind will blow them off a bit. (Air conditioner helps)

I'm not sure what it could be. You may be having an alergic reaction to some thing where you work or on the beach. I think you should see a doctor if you can I know they are expensive.

It sounds like sand fleas or a type of flea. Put some off on before. Lotition at night might help.
