Sweety she's five. Children go through the phases for example taddle telling. She will stop in case she gets on your nerves enough ignore her. She does it to get attention. If your parents are believing her they should know better. Try to bare with it. As for the biting bite her in return. I know it sounds crude but it gets most kids to stop. I hope she isn't doing it in school cause they are starting to kick children out of schools for that sort of behavior. Just keep telling yourself "She's five and needs guidance". Since your older try to tell her lieing is wrong and will end up getting her in trouble. When you lie people won't believe you when it's time to tell the truth. Make sure when you are talking to her get down on her level so you can do it face to face. It will help in getting your point across. Good luck.

Well, first off you need to talk to your parents about this. Lying is a bad habit to start and she should be punished every time she lies even if they are small lies. She also should be punished for trying to bite you. Where the heck are your parents when she is doing this. If they arent around whoop her butt. My son never bit growing up and at 5 yrs old I would freak out if he were trying to bite people. It sounds like a discipline problem and your parents should make her stop.

You need to have your parents confront her on the lies, make her prove them to be true. You may need to prove them to be lies for them to see this, however. As for the biting, well, bite her back. Same place she bites you on. When she sees it hurts, she should quit. Bold as that sounds, it usually is the only deterrent for biters.

First you need to talk to you parents. Sound like they need to set some ground rules. Then sit down with you sister and see if she would come with a agreement like if you start telling me the truth then I will play a game with you once a week. Something like that.

you are dealing with a five year old she is going through this new phase .. try to tell your parents and have htem talk to her about why she does that and the answer she might say is bc she feels like it
so also that means since she is starting school she is not used to sharing and following a strangers rules .. try to comfert her in anyway you can ... she should be back to herself in no time ( unless she has always been like this )

This could be her being angry with you for something and she is acting out against you. I realize she is five but telling your parents and your parents punishing her for her lying and biting, she's only going to keep doing this to you in angry. Your parents and you, need to sit her down and simply ask her if she is angry with you. You might find out there is a problem or you did something to hurt her causing her to act out without knowing you did it. Hope this helps.
