Just like people, dogs can be allergic to anything. As far as what they don't like the smell of, that really probably depends on the dog's personal opinions.

Dogs can be allergic to ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. From the grass they walk on to the food that they eat. Dont really know what they cant stand the smell of. Although they dont like the smell of their own feces at all.

Dogs can be allergic to anything, just like people can be. My dog was allergic to the wallpaper paste when I was redoing my room. He started biting himself all over like crazy. I went elsewhere with him for a week and he was fine afterward. They can be allergic to a food, a soap, anything . . . My dog hates citrus and vinegar smells.
He also has problems if he smells Lysol.
