Where to go to find out more about how to apply for aid to start a minority business - something free to all - I realy want to explore this but don't have money to start.... HELP!

There is help out there and resources for individuals to start a business including mentors. There is some state assistance for businesses to start in key fields, so it is an excellent idea to check out the website. The federal government and state government offer tax breaks for those who open businesses in empowerment zones.
