cheerios and very soft food should be okay. Why the rush to get her on table food ? One year old is not old enough for table food. Good Luck! :)

My kids didn't get their first tooth until they were over a year old. I gave them mashed potatoes peaches canned fruits are good yougart soft pasta almost anything that you figure they can gum. The only thing I didn't give my kids was meat if they needed protein they would get eggs or peanut butter. Cereals are fine because she can soggy them up on her own. My kids were eating what ever we ate starting at 6 months old. of course some people think I'm crazy but I was raised in the "old School" ways if ya know what I mean.

I think she's old enough to be on table food. You want her to get accustomed to the flavors. Try puree-ing pasta or soup. Yogurt, bagels, soft well cooked veggies are all good for her age. And be aware, she will have some choking scares, that's normal when babies are learning how to eat.

My daughter did no longer walk on her own till 13-14 months. If he's not strolling via 18 months, you may desire to talk to your physician, yet till then, that is totally typical. he's in basic terms no longer waiting. once you're on the library getting some toddler cookbooks, get some progression books and books to verify your son.

every kid is different. If she isnt ready, she isnt ready and you have to follow your instinct. If you're even asking this question u are trying to be a good mom. I advise little pieces of stuff she can mush with her gums. Breads, litte bites of potato, little pieces of meats, bananas and baby crackers. Do what you feel is best for your baby and stop feeling like she "should" be doing something. She'll get more teeth soon enough. Hang in there.
