Compliment her, say she looks pretty, or say her hair looks good...girls LOVE compliments, especially if they're from guys.

Girls love compliments, but whatever you do, don't comment on her a** or anything along those lines. Be respectful and polite. For example, comment on their hair or something (pretty lame one, but it's a start; I lost my train of though and can't think of another).

Start by asking her a simple interesting question that will generate more conversation...and when you get her attention, try not to ruin it

be as charming as you can and talk to her, and when the time is right ask her out. when you request side plans like coffee, dinner, etc, she'll get the hint. A simple "would you like to have dinner sometime?" will suffice.

You don't "hit" on her. just have a conversation with her, smile at her, find out what she likes to do, maybe ask her for her # after a few conversations, be passive aggresive.
Don;t be like "is it hot in here or is it just you"
yeah, only works with the really stupid girls

Be nice and polite, show them you are interested, call them and let them know how you feel, ask them out on a date.

we want a guy to be NICE and i repeat NICE!!!! we dont like guys who are rude, obnoxious, or are so involved with themselves that they cant focus on us. have a casual conversation with her about her guys and so on.
