For one thing is this woman your wife? If not then she doesn't have an obligation to do anything. You could just ask her for an honest answer, she should give you one.

If she is really into it she would dam near suck the skin off! And she will keep going and going. If not she will just play with it in and out not really doing much with it and say my mouths tired or some excuse why she wants to stop.

But, if you have to coerce her to do it and she wants to stop right after she starts or she makes ugly faces, sometimes she is just doing it to do it. And most times, if they do that, it doesn't feel good anyway. Tell her to shut up and be grateful that she is down there.
