can you really train them to use the bathroom toliet?

Here's how it works:
You start with the litter box on the toilet.
You begin by putting in less litter weekly.
after about a month you change the box to one with a 3" hole in the middle.
Every week the hole gets bigger.
Soon the cat is comfortable and you can get rid of the litter box and he uses the toilet.

Yes. And why not. All they have to do is squat. Some even flush. They say to get a toilet seat and put it over your cats litter box. This is the beginning of the training. Just make sure if you do this that the seat does not tip or fall off the litter box. Make sure it is secure or it could forever ruin your chances of ever training a cat to use the toilet. The answer is Yes, cats can really use the toilet.

Depends on the cat, some can, some can't. You must know, it's all about what THEY want to do. The really tricky part is getting them to flush when the are done, and you can forget about them ever putting the lid down (just kidding).

I've read a lot about it, and evidently some cats can! I'm going to try it w/ my cat because she already likes to stand on the toilet seat, so I figure she might go for it!

I adopted a stray cat in a few years ago and every now and again I will catch her using the toilet. I swear it is the weirdest thing ever. I notice she does it more if the litterbox is dirty.

my friend tried to get his cat to go on the toliet and it took months before he could get him to go. its silly i think!

yes its posible but you have to have the time and pacience to teach it. i know the 1st step is to but the litter box on the toilet and slowly take the box away.

Yes you can!!! It take work and patience but it's possible!!!! Of course they don't flush...Bridgette(my cat) never did..lol
