I lost weight after I had my daughter,and I just can't seem to gain it back.I am about 20 -25 pounds under weight.I eat normaly,but the doctors say my body is not absorbing enough nutriants,like my fats and vitamins in my food.It's not to were I have health problems or noyhing,it's manily self esteem.Theres all these how to lose weight programs,what about how to gain.Any sugestions?

WHOA..but then again try to eat a lot more, eat more then just 3 meals a day.you can also buy some bars to keep you healthy and also can make you weigh more too!

protein shakes and stuff. Go to health food stores like GNC. Wrestlers have to gain weight all the time for weight class groups they wrestle in. They eat healthy but a lot and mostly protein if you do that with some strength training to build muscle you can get fit and bigger. but no cardio for you. you don't want to lose anymore fat...lucky girl.....

I have that same problem, just go on huge eating sprees 3-4 times a day, and Mcdonalds, a large fry has 500 calories.

hmm just eat normally and nuturally or maybe ask your doctor if you could take protien shakes which can help you gain wieght and if u excersie those could be muscle :)

if you want to gain weight and be more healthy try gaining more muscle
you can eat the same

well maybee its ur metabolism if it goes fast then maybee datz y ur not gaining weight consult ur doctor to see if its the problem if it is umm well i dntt no but if it isnt then its another problem

Exercise a lot. That will give you muscle. Therefore make you weigh more
