I love them and they dont love me...i let them drink there drinks but they wont let me... its unfair.....Can i get a divorce from my parents and make them pay for my expenses?

do you know how much they both incerease your risk of certain cancers. my mom does. she would not listen either. two different cancers parts of her missing and a big fat oxygen tank. yep, so fun to booze it up and smoke.

You have got to be joking for one thing it is illegal if you are under the age of 18 to smoke much less drinking. No judge in his right mind would give you a divorce from your parents for them being responsible. By the way if they drink they are legal you are not. You don't let them drink. They are the parents.

You're probably under the age to smoke or drink legally. They are responsible for your actions. And no, you can't divorce your parents (that's just a movie) or make them pay for your expenses (which they're probably doing anyway, you ungrateful ****.)

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it's because they love you and care for you. Even if they smoke or drink, it may sometimes cause struggles for them and they don't want you to have to deal with the same things. Also, I presume you're under 18, which means it is illegal in the United States.

Smoking and drinking are both bad for you. When you become an adult you will understand. Are you going to let your kids smoke when you become a parent?

just because they wont let you drink or smoke??? hate to break it to you, you have to be a certain age to LEGALLY do those things.
also, any ideas how unhealthy it is to smoke?? dont be in such a hurry to grow up-- youre only young once.
and btw, if you are old enough to do these things and your parents are still not allowing it; its their house and you need to respect that. if you dont like it then move out

Are you sure you aint smoking drugs now. If you want to be inpendent then get a job prove your parents are abusing you by caring if you drink or smke to a judge and move out

I wish i hadnt started smoking or drinking. My lungs are damaged and it is irriversable. Dringking was fun for a while now i have to have a drink. Its not as great as you think, maintain your health as it is far more important then having a puff or swig!

How old are you? I think your parents are trying to tell you that your not mature enough to handle the consequences of either addictions at this stage of your life.

they love u more cause they care enough to not want you to get into bad things that will ruin your life when you are older. when you see them drink dont you see how they act different?
