Could it be that the guy you are having the painful sex with is bigger than the other guys you've been with?

If lubrication is not a problem and you are doing it the same way as before, then it's possible that you may have some kind of infection.
It's possible to catch a sexually transmitted disease even when your partner uses condoms. Things sometimes get messy during sex. And if the guy touches you with his body-fluid contaminated hands, then you can get an infection this way.
Most sexually transmitted diseases are easily cured with antibiotics. But if you wait and don't get such treatment in time, then you can end up with lasting damage to your body.
I suggest that you go for a medical check up, just in case.

You might just be sore or have a small tear at your opening. Don't have sex for a few days and see if it helps. If it doesn't, you may have a sexually transmitted disease. Do you use condoms? Birth control? You could have genital warts or herpes. Hope you know your boyfriend well. He could be sleeping around. If you are a teenager, most likely he is sleeping around. Teenage boys just want sex. You aren't special to him. Trust me. Learned that 20 years ago.
