Most of the internet talks about different breeds but my case is different. We have two Yorkies male&female and we are breeders and the female did well with all her puppies. When we got down to 1 puppy out of a litter of 6, when the last puppy was about 10 weeks we bought a new female Yorkie which we named Trixie. We were hoping to breed her aswell. Sadly though the other female yorkie Princess attacks her just out of nowhere. Other than separation&training what can be done? (The last attack drew blood on Trixie and it is like Princess wants to be first and the first out the door etc.)

Your old dog is determined to be Alpha female. The ONLY way you are going to get both of them bred, is if you totally separate the two females. They were not raised together, so have no family bonding. And this can not be forced. Are you aware that only the alpha female breeds in the wild?

Your male won't care if he's asked to service both females.

its very common for dogs of the same sex to fight, expecially if they are in heat or there area litter of puppies are involved. Sounds like you dogs are in some seriouse need of socialization. Try Talking to a professional training or your Vet.
