The only way a president could "start" a war is to invade a sovereign nation either unilaterally or with an alliance. Most of the major conflicts of the 20h Century were fought with America coming to the aid of its allies against an aggressive outside invader (WWI & II, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf war). Even the invasion of afganistan was a true response to the attacks of 9/11, and not an instigation of war. The politics of these Presidendts was probably irrelevant.

In the recent history the only president to start a war is G.W. Bush who invaded Iraq, a soverign nation that while not our ally, was not acting aggresively to another nation at the time of the invasion.

That is too simplistic some wars such as the war in iraq are holy wars blessed by God, and some wars are not holy wars. If the opponents are christian then it is not a holy war it is a satanic war. If the opponents are communist or Muslim then God blesses the war. Generally the Republicans start holy wars and the Democrats start satanic wars. The two exceptions were that the democrats started vietnam and korea which were both holy wars.

I don't think we've started a war in some time. The last one we started, I believe, was the Civil War, and that was amongst ourselves. The two parties have gotten involved in different conflicts, but they were doing what they thought was right either morally or strategically.

It matters not which president. Political parties exist merely to give the citizens a feeling that some form of democracy still exists. The decision to go to war is not taken by the President, but by his handlers, the Illuminati.
They own the Federal Reserve, a private company, and they decide who will be president, and what he will do. If he does not do what th
ey ask, he is eliminated, like JFK
