I think in the border states it will be but many of the other states haven't received the brunt of illegals (yet). I guarantee you, in either 2008 or 2012, it will be the biggest issue in any presidential election. As their population explodes, as expected, and they start demanding more things for nothing, Americans are going to blow a gasket. Only a president who vehemently opposes illegals immigrants will get elected then. Stay tuned!!

because of the fact even nonetheless we soak up a million criminal immigrants a year, better than another u . s . in the international mixed, particular communities have faith that the two or 3 million who come into this u . s . illegally each year, who report no earnings taxes, who deliver 80% of their a refund to a definite u . s . down south and consequently do little to make a contribution to this countries financial gadget, who by using regulation could have their babies knowledgeable and get computerized provider in emergency rooms for common checkups and the expenses are circulated to all of us ELSE, and due to the extreme form of DUIs, hit and runs, drug sales, and unemployment, are entitled to computerized US citizenship for breaking the regulation. And its all political, because of the fact 80% of people choose the U. S. secured, and that includes a extreme share of criminal immigrants who experience cheated for following the guidelines while the others are being reqarded for breaking them. yet once you supply people hassle-free citizenship then you particularly get greater skill electorate, and seem who the final good vote casting bloc for Hillary basically takes place to be now that black electorate and often women people have grew to become out for Obama... Its dragging all of us's wages down and elevating budgets very extreme, which as quickly as back are not getting the a refund because of the fact its going around the Rio Grande. yet do no longer say something, its better to grow to be a 0.33 international u . s . than threat hurting the emotions of criminals.

In California it will be. There was another voter poll out over the weekend. Immigration beat out every other issue by a wide margin.

We will have to see how that translates into votes, however.

It will be one of the big issues in the coming election. But don't forget the global war on terrorism and which candidate thinks we need to do whatever is necessary to keep America free of terrorists and ALIVE.

It is already a big issue. But I think the war in Iraq is the biggest. It has hurt Bush's and the GOP's numbers the worst.

It is a pretty hot issue that I don't see it cooling off anytime soon. The people have pretty much taken out of the hands of the media and the politicians and are letting their voices be heard loud and clear and long and wide. Me thinks the American public is a wee pissed over this issue.

In Texas, it is....Arizona is having the same problem to I hear...is it so hard for the illegals to see that they are destroying and crippling our nation...are they so conceited that they care not for our economic stability! They claim to add...but do not pay there taxes...they pool of the nations wealth like a thirsty leech. We must pry these leeches from our land..and take back what is ours! Our land, our language...our jobs.
