They do sound like swollen glands. Call your vet, and have them take a look at them, just to be sure.

I am sorry to say that any answer you get here will be more than likely wrong. The best thing you can do is go to the vet, this way if it is some thing serious you can tend to it right away, you will get some one to say “o yea it fine” but what if they are wrong and it is cancer. You can, if you would like research it on this link http://www.peteducation.com/ but again no one here can see the dog, the bump and we can not take a biopsy of the lump.

It could be swollen glands, or like my dog, a cyst. Or it could be something more serious. The best solution is to bring him to a vet and get him checked out, just in case. It doesnt hurt to have your pet regularly checked by a vet. This will helo prevent any future problems.

Sounds like his lymph knodes are swollen, could be normal for him or other things such as tick fever, he has two of these also in his hindlegs right above the hock, if those are swollen also I would get him on to a vet soon.

Sounds like glands. Your dog may have an infection of some kind.

id take him to a vet. or if you don't want to go then call. they'll probably tell you right off if it is serious or not. You do need to take action though. It could be nothing or it could be serious. Good Luck

It could be tonsilitis. Yes, dogs can have this too. Take it to the vet to make sure.
