Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can lose the weight. If it helpes im a waitress and a freshman in college.

20 lbs in 4 weeks? May I suggest a planet with less gravity?!

It really depends on how heavy you are. You could easily lose five pounds of water weight at first week. You have to drink 64 oz of water daily...you need to find time for you to excercise. Walk around the college, map out a mile and walk it as fast as you can...do it daily. You also need to cut out eating late, junk food, soda of any kind, white foods (chips, potatoes, bread) and choose grains (wheat bread 45 calorie), lean meats, yogurts, fruits, veggies, light cheese sticks (for snacking)...etc. You can email me for more ideas..
You basically just need to commit to changing your habits. Make excercise a priority while feeding your body good food and the weight will come off. Just be patient. 4 weeks is a short time but if you are really overweight and do alot at first you may see a significant loss like 20 pounds at first.

20 lbs in 4 weeks is not a realistic or healthy goal and if you take it off that fast chances are you will end up sick and it will come right back, 1-2 lbs a week would be a realistic goal

It can't be done, at least not safely. Two pounds (give or take) per week is considered a safe weight loss or 8-10 pounds per month.

okay so i was told if you drink a gallon of water every day for a week days *not drinking anything else* then not drink anything for 4 days you can loose like 10-15 pounds. I geuss its a wrestling thing that they use
