Honestly, most Mexicans just want to come here to escape poverty...I don't think there is some secret plan to take over the country....The vast majority, are in hiding for fear of being caught....Just because you see a few protesting, does not represent the 20 million or so demanding these rights....So, I respectfully ask you, where did you come up with the idea Mexicans think the US is rightfully theirs?

As Mexico is a country with many diverse viewpoints, it is hard to answer your question. What would be the most fair remedy would be to return all lands occupied by the White Estates of Amerika following the War with Mexico. The pressuring of the then Mexican government to surrender her peoples' lands was wrong. No one had a right to give that land away. Therefore, California, Arizona, 'New' Mexico, and Texass, should be returned. As these states are very rich in resources their return would greatly benefit the Mexican economy, while driving ours down to a more realistic and moral level.
As for myself, I don't really recognize 'borders'. They are the stupid idea of selfish people. It is my belief that God made the Earth for all people, and the thought of portioning off parts of it is silly and juvenile.
Even after the war, from the mid-1800s through today and for a thousand tomorrows, the people of Mexico and Central America will move north or south as the seasons, the economy, and just plain personal will dictate. Grow up and get used to it.
Is there a time limit to your apoplectic outrage? I mean, if an immigrant has a baby here, isn't that child a citizen? If you were born here but your parents or grandparents or greatgrandparents came here from somewhere else should you be sent back? Don't talk about "legal' or "illegal" migration, for after all, this stupid country was taken by force and for hundreds of years many "citizens" were restricted or completely stripped of their "rights", thus nullifying any notion of actual "citizenry". Anyway, to alleviate what to you is such a horrible situation, give back Texass, Arizona, N.M. and even my beloved California, even out the board and untwist your red white and boohoo panties.

I've heard comments to the effect of what was part of Mexico prior to the Mexican-American War (ie, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and bits of a few other states). I also heard claims that they were here before Americans. The problem is, they signed over this area in a treaty (though the cause of the war was likely dubious). Part of Arizona was the Gasden Purchase, which was purely peaceful (a US Railroad wanted to build a railway through the area). As for Mexicans being here first, Native Americans (the Indians) were here long before the Mexicans. And while most Mexicans are of Indian descent, they are primarily descended from Indians in what is now southern Mexico, not what is now part of the United States and those Indians never came to what is now the United States. If anyone has a claim to the area, it's Native Americans indiginous to the area (the Cherokee, the Seminole, the Navajo, the Iroqouis, etc.).

I'm not Mexican so I don't presume to speak for them. I doubt that all Mexicans have the same opinion but historically a lot of what is now the United States was once part of Mexico. This land includes Texas (which used to include parts of Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming), New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. This land was acquired by the United States either by outright conquest, purchase, or as the result of revolutions fomented by Americans who then sought annexation to the US. Whether these actions were justified or not depends on one's point of view but I am sure that if I were Mexican or of Mexican decent I would surely regret the loss of so much territory and what might have been.

The mexicans are the descendants of the Aztec human beings. an prolonged time in the past, a god in this sort of an eagle ( i think of it replace into an eagle. anyhow, it replace right into a poultry,) confirmed them the situation the place they could build their abode, in the element of united statesa., specifically Mexico. There, they equipped the great city of Tenochtitlan, which replace into extremely greater and engaging. anyhow, then Cortes got here, and captured the city, killing the Aztec off with a ailment. that's why the land has a particular meaning to them, through fact it replace into confirmed to them with the aid of their god. i'm uncertain why they think of that each and every person of united statesa. replace into their land, through fact they specifically resided in Mexico. anyhow, wish that clears a number of those questions up? Oh, and with the aid of the way, Mexicans are no longer elementary workers too. they are no longer slackers. on your guidance, the richest guy in the international is from Mexico. He could no longer have earned that funds from slacking off could he? teach some tolerance, extra individuals milk the situation dry from unemployment and laziness.

How about the Cubans down in Miami who are selling their services to give evidence that the Mexicans, El Salvadorians, Hondurans or any person who can pay them 200 dollars to give evidence they are Cuban so they can get a Cuban Political Asylum. That is not a communist country it is a dictatorship and they are coming here because they are poor not because of abuse so that needs to be shut down because most of the people getting Cuban Political Asylum are not Cubans I learned that recently and told Homeland Defense. The problem is not the Mexicans but those people who are ripping off the system know how to and have everyone paying attention to the wrong things. We have Pakistanis and Terrorists posing as Hispanics in the U.S. right now shown by them catching terrorists in Cuba who were in all probability getting Cuban identification from a corrupt country such that they could come to the US for Cuban Political Asylum which is free. The majority of the people I know working here are Russians, Checkoslavakians former Yugoslavian republic people here on student visas which they recieved after 911 who never completed the rest of the visa requirements to get a student visa never entered nor were accepted by any academic environment. Go ahead pay attention to the Mexican thing while terrorists cross your border let them use your ignorance and prejudice to their advantage at immigration that is only about the money not the security of the US such that people who have figured that out go into that system and drive people across the borders in US border crossing vans for 400 dollars a head not caring if it is a Mexican or a terrorist or a drug dealer entering the US.
I would rather work with a honest hard working Hispanic than some of the lazy drug abusing alcohol abusing construction workers I have worked with here locally in the Pan Handle of Florida for tourism because at least they earn their portion of pay that I usually end up working for some lazy good for nothing US citizen who often takes credit for my work also such that I loose the job because they are busy brown nosing the lazy bosses also.

well, they have taken over california almost completely. i have heard over and over again from mexicans how california was "stolen" from them and they are going to keep reproducing to take it over again... no joke. to which i tell them that it's a good thing we "stole" their land, or else the flourishing soil of california would be a giant ghetto-barrio completely RUINED, just like how the majority of mexico is.
