try witch hazel....you can get witch hazel at any walgreens....they even have astringent types as well. this should ease any itch and eventually the bumps will disappear....good luck

i got poison ivy once, and went to the dermatologist, and they perscribed me this one steriod. it is suppsed to work for any kind of rash..it is called betamethasone dipropionate. it helped my poison ivy in a few days, so maybe it will help you soon too
