Do you think we should try again? Or should I buy a new one..he didn't cost much so maybe It is broken due to daily use? I'm thinking maybe getting a more expensive boyfriend would be my best bet, I have the money now....What do you think?

I think you're definately on the right track here, buying cheap tools is always a losing proposition, so spend a little more and get one that always works :)
