Don't drink anything with your meal. Either drink something a few minutes before you start eating or wait at least 30 minutes after you have finished your meal before you drink anything.

By doing this, there will be no chance of having your drink wash the food out of your stomach which will allow it to sit in the stomach longer and keep you feeling full longer.

It would depend on what you were being served, I think. If you are eating hot (temperature) or spicy foods, a cold beverage may keep the stomach contents at an average temperature for better digestion. Similarly, if you are eating cold foods, a hot beverage will balance the temperature of the stomach contents out.

Both are fine to drink with your meal. One is not better than the other.

really this question is strange..... cold beverage makes your body use more energy to bring the liquid to room temperature, the hot beverges dont need to. SO if you want to loss weight drink cold.
