What's the best software to get rid of runtime errors?

I keep on getting this when I use my internet Explorer -Program: C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe Runtime Error
And I have seen lots of software that eliminates error but which one is the best?

a software called Bill Gates!

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools, then on Internet Options.
3. Click on the Advanced tab.
4. Look for the "Disable script debugging" line and put a check mark in the box.

Don't use Internet Explorer to avoid getting that error !!!!
Use Firefox or Opera instead....
