for about 3 days now, my eyebrow tends to jump in an irregular beat like rhythm, almost like its going with the beat of my heart, twitching is the better word to pronounce it, i hold it down because its irritating but when i lift my finger back up it starts again.

Don't worry about it,it's just a temporary twitch. The more you think about it,the more you're convinced other people will notice. Lots of people get them at some point or other. It'll stop soon

Take 4 deep breaths, while your eyebrow is jumping, both in and out, relaxing as much as possible - don't hold them, but don't try to hyper ventilate either.

If that slows down or stops the jumping temporarily, the jumping may be a symptom of a low blood sugar condition (hypoglycemia). Until I got my blood sugars under control, I had eye twitches, eyelid twitches, and muscle twitches and spasms elsewhere too.

www.hufa.org has a symptoms link. You can check yourself out there to see if you have other symptoms of low blood sugar. The low blood sugar article has suggestions on how you can check yourself, and what to do if you suspect you indeed do have low blood sugar.

Feel free to e-mail me if you wish.

This is a sign of fatigue or tiredness. The muscles that surround your eyes are tired, so they twitch.
