Wow that's alot of pounds. Whatever you do, stay away from diet pills. They take off pounds quickly but they make you become dependent on them. The moment you stop taking them, pounds come right back. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. Notice I said eat healthy, not diet. I'm not a fan of diets b/c they leave food items out that ppl need. Bread for example helps your body...it doesn't do all that harm that atkins fans fear. The key is moderation. For fast weight lose try drinking more water and drinking grapefruit juice after meals. Grapefruits' acidric elements help burn off fat. Anything high in fiber also helps your body digest fats better and quicker. Avoid sodas, because they cause dehydration. Eat smaller meals throughout the day, but be sure you have at least 3 meals a day. Your body needs to eat something every 3-4 hours. Going w/o meals causes your body to think it's starving and when you DO have food, it stores it all instead of digesting it. As far as exercise, stick with something with alot of cardio. If you're doing weight training, keep in mind that you may gain a few pounds b/c muscle weighs more than fat...but muscle IS a good thing. I recommend you get at least 20 minutes of good cardio burn once a day, if you can't once a day then at least 4 days a week and also try parking further so you can burn calories on your walk to the building, take stairs instead of the elevator, and remember, eat healthy! Protein is important, fish is the lowest fat meat and provides good protein. For snacks, try having popcorn instead of chips. Also if you're a chocolate lover like me, try eating dark instead of milk chocolate. Dark actually provides good antioxidants that the body needs. Good luck and let me know if you need any more hep. There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

It's absolutely not safe to lose weight that fast. If you are severely overweight and a woman you might be able to go on a diet and lose 7 lbs. in the first week, but after that it can be as low as 1 to 2 lbs. which means Excercise, proper eating are the only ways to lose it unless you want to do something unsafe to yourself. If you want the unsafe route you can try starving yourself, fasting, exlax, diuretics, etc.. Just be happy with how you look as you are and get another outfit or skip the high school reunion or wedding :-) Weight Watchers was good for me.

That's easy, I went from a size 12 to a size 4 in 3-1/2 weeks, how I did it, well...I eliminated anything with sugar, that included no potatoes, carrots, white rice, pizza, bread, except for rye bread, it has less sugar, no soda, just green tea and spring water, no carbs at all. Dr Perricone has some books you might want to read, he sells them online, that is how I lost the weight, read the Dr Perricone Prescription. Good luck to you! You do have to make great sacrifices and stick to them, it is the most difficult thing I have ever done. You have to give up all your favorite foods, you have to keep telling yourself you look good, and when you see that you can fit in all those small sizes, it makes you feel good about yourself. You have to continue eating that way, or you gain all the weight back, I am now a size 12 again, I just couldn't handle all the sacrifices. Dr Perricone is a doctor out of Meriden CT, he has also been on TV. I actually knew a guy who used to have him as his doctor.

you really should not even try to lose 15 pounds in a month you might be able to lose it all in two months and keep it off better

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

just eat 1200 to 1500 calories a day. be sure to eat like 5 times, 200 or 300 calories each time. some food suggestions are soup, salad, fruit, slim-fast shake, nuts, cheese, granola bar, energy bar, deli meat, raisins... whatever you want, really, just make sure you stay in that calorie range. also, drink your water and walk walk walk!!!
