i really really like(d) this girl i even love(d) her
im not sure if i still do.. she hurt me lots of times, we never went out
she had a crush on me and i havnt stopped thinking about her seince
but when we talk, all i can think of is how she hurt me, and she doesnt look as pretty to me now
im over her now .... right ?!???

You are not over her until you stop obsessing (... haven't stopped thinking about her ...) about her. It sounds like you're hurt, but still like her. You say she doesn't look as pretty now, that's probably because you have taken her off the pedestal you placed her on and see her as just another flawed human being now.
Tell her you like her, but that she hurt you. Tell her the how and why. Maybe she doesn't realize she offended you, or how you feel towards her. If she responds positively, you'll have taken a step towards restoring the trust. If she doesn't, you'll know to put her out of your mind and move on.
