The swollen lymph nodes could be from an infection, and that would also explain the back ache and headaches. One disease that could explain the symptoms is mononucleosis, a viral infection. It is common in your age group and it is infectious. However, the only way to confirm that would be by a blood test. I assume that you feel tired most of the time which is also symptomatic. The medications will not change the course of the disease. There is no treatment as such, all medications are simply supportive....headache...then we give pain medication...etc....you may have experienced a few mild fevers...However, if this is mono, it is self-limiting and will soon begin to improve. But there are other possible causes...You should really have an examination by a physician and especially a blood test...a CBC (complete blood count). After four months, it is very unlikely it is bacterial, so we need to look for a virus or perhaps a condition that would cause the symptoms. Tuberculosis is more insidious, but there are other pathogens such as some fungal infections that could cause the symptomatology.....I wished you had a blood count and I could better advise you.

Go and see your doctor, you need a blood workup--Dont jump to conclusions, your probably stressing your self out more by doing so. Maybe your doctor might do a head CT or MRI to get to the bottom of your headaches. Also if you dont wear corrective lenses you might need to have your eyes checked, it could be the reason why your experiencing headaches, if you do you may need a new prescription. Feel Better & Good Luck!
