A girl is just a tease or she's friendly or she likes you?

Pay attention to her actions, words. Usually it's pretty clear if she's into you or not. If she tries jumping on you that may be a sign too, that she's interested. Some girls are flirty, like myself, but there's very clear differences between friendly flirting and "I want your body now!" flirting. You really didn't give me enough to go on here to decide which she may be doing. I DON'T agree with the person that said playing with her hair when she talks to you mean she wants you, some girls just do that.
If all else fails, ask her "So what's the deal here, you want my body, or are you just a big D!ck tease?" LOL. Hehe. I hope you don't really do that. But it's ok to ask, just in a nicer way!
