Okay. well, some girls don't like when guys touch their butt. It is called sexual harassment. And a girl is a slut if she just lets you do it. Also, they may laugh and back away because they are embarrassed or they don't want to make a scene by slapping you in the face. AND I hope you are not touching girl's butts without their permission. Learn how to treat a lady.

That's a good question. It depends on the girl, I think, because different girls react differently to things like that. Some might be embarrassed or they just might not want people to see it in public.
