This illegal alien drove a bus that was holding elderly passengers fleeing hurricane Rita last year in Texas. The breaks stopped working caught on fire and the driver continued. People were yelling at him but he didnt stop. The oxygen tanks from the elderly caught on fire and killed 23.One month prior he was caught speeding on another bus tour and released. He failed to do required inspections 90% of the time and had only 5 hrs of sleep. He lied on his driving books and is now still working as a truck driver in loredo texas. the government released him and said if he told the gov that the truck company made him lie that they would release him. They did and he didnt get jailed. Do you think he should have gotten the death chair? Last time I heard truck drivers make 39,000 average in Texas. Should the state trooper that caught him speeding and released him be fired?

Did you hear about the senator who got drunk and drove off a bridge and killed his secretary? This world is full of all kinds of awful people who do awful things. I don't see why it maters this person was an illegal alien. Many trucking comapnies fail to perform the necessary maintenance. They underpay and overwork their drivers. Trucking laws aren't enforced (nor are immigration laws) because no one wants to pay four times as much taxes in order to fund all the people, procedures, equipment it would take to do it right.

I do remember that incident in Texas, but it just goes to show you how the Government is only concerned with some peoples obligation to serve time for malicious acts.
