Today someone told me I was fat. I know I should ignore them
but I need an honest opinion. Do you think I need to lose weight.

By looking at the small pic I would say no you arent. Why do you care what other people think? Its what you feel about yourself that matters. If you are happy with the way you look, you go girl! If not then there are things you can easily change. People say the dumbest things sometimes and its really just to be hateful because they dont care what you think...Dont let any of it bother you!

You were just fine until someone told you that you weren't fine. Don't listen to them. Were they really and truly concerned for your welfare? Probably not. People who make personal comments like that rarely have the health and well-being of the other person in mind. People who make those kinds of rude comments either have bad breeding or they have some sort of issue with themselves, using you to make themselves feel better.

It's not what others think but what do you think, your the one that has to look at yourself in the mirror, are you comfortable with your weight ? Does your current weight fall within a healthy guideline? IF so then you have nothing to worry about.

Some people are horrible!
Go check your BMI (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm - just one place you can check)
It gives you a good idea if you need to lose some weight or not!
