I think it all depends on wether you've only caught him doing it once or not. If you've caught him doing it a few times then i reckon theres a very high chance he does.It also depends what kind of person he is. If he's the shy or quiet type then again its a good possibility.If he's the kind of guy who would just come over and tell you then possibly not.If you feel the same way perhaps you should try and find out throught mutual friends or colleagues?

Holy JC, the poor guy barely looked at you and you think he wants to get into your pants! C'mon what the hell is the poor guy supposed to do hold his hand against his eye so that he can't see through his peripherals? Should he turn away completely from you at all times? He's probably looking at you from the corner of his eye thinking, "why is this chick staring at me, do I have a booger sticking out?"

Yes, there is this lady at work that does that to me, and she thinks I'm not wise to her, hehe. Only problem is that she married. Such a bummer. Yeah, he likes you!
