I've read that the recommended dosage for Vitamin E is 22.5 I.U. However, I have been taking a multi-vitamin supplement that says there's 60 I.U. per serving. Is that too much? Is there a level that can be taken over the recommended dosage that's still safe to take? How much Vitamin E is too much?

This site says that any amount is okay though... read through it I suppose. Personally, I think vitamin supplements are not good or effective if you are already eating a balanced diet and don't suffer from certain diseases for which it may be prescribed to you.
