I'm a christian and I think that atheists are individuals just as christians are.
I find that if you make gross generalizations about a whole massive group of individual people you miss out on a lot of great relationships and good things.
I don't have a pre-requisite that people have to have the same beliefs as I do for me to be friends with them and I guess the fact that we are all different makes life more interesting.

Naturally, that depends on the person. I have had wonderful dialog with atheists here. Then there are others that have not been all that wonderful. I think that it's really an issue of understanding and being understood. With opposing worldviews, it does make it a bit more difficult, but if you are intentional, and are willing to try, some great discussion can happen!

No, I don't believe that athiests hate me, but I do think that some, SOME, athiests have a closed mind. I try to listen to thier logic, but they never want to listen to my story of Jesus working in MY life. Kinda bothers me..

no but I am not surpised that you feel this way. many people hate what they don't understand. and also christians sometimes think that their religion is morre important than anyone elses. I know how you feel I am a mix between hindu, chritianity, buddism and pagan. which means i believe somthings that these religions believe.
