Choose a neutral colour you like and paint the ceiling and walls all the same. It will help make the ceiling slant dissappear. Then decorate with some other bold colours you like. It will save you having to re-paint later when you move.

I would suggest a warm beige and then you can decorate with black picture frames and a couple of other colours you really like.

You could also paint it all one colour except for one wall and make that your other colour.

Get to Home Depot or Lowe's and explain to someone about the slanted ceiling. From there they will be able to give u some paint color choices to choose from. Your best bet would be anything in the blue family or cozy colors in the tan family. Happy painting.

I had my office painted in Forest Green by Ralph Lauren it's a soft green that gives you that cozy and relaxed setting I think if you are in college it is the perfect color not too serious yet classy well that is my taste but check it out you'll find it at home depot... ultimately it's up to your taste really.

I would use a calming color(s) like blue, lavender, or green. Be careful to choose a green with more blue than yellow, otherwise your skin color will look aweful (and who wants that, especially when you wake up in the morning?)
A white ceiling will make it look higher.

you have many options a couple of colors i've done recently is alecyon lace it's sort of mauvey but when the trim is done in a floral white it just looks so nice. another one is called tomorrow taupe, it reminds me of a fudgescicle. get color samples from the paint supply store and check how colors look during daylight, afternoon and evening to see which color suits you the most

"soothing aloe" at Lowe's. It's so calming and relaxing. Can you paint up to certain angles? I'm not sure about your room structure or I'd love to help.

I'd suggest using lighter, pastel colors for main focus & a dark one to trim..or accessorize...Yellow ,peach,or blue are the most mellow ones, use darker shades of any to accent with..
