If iwas caught driving without insurance in Oklahoma for the first or even second time, would I go directly to Jail on a Monday night and have to sit there for days?

Whats the probability for first time, if I was a chick.

No, driving without insurance in Oklahoma is not a jailable offense. You would not goto jail at all! However, your drivers license will be suspended and then if you are caught driving under suspension you can goto jail
