I don't think this needs explaining, but basically I want to know what foods are good to eat with shrimp that are pretty easy to make in a cabin out in the woods. I believe it has 3 different stoves (thats what my dad said) but I don't feel like naming them. So what goes good with shrimp?

More shrimp!
It all depends on how it is prepared. Fried shrimp goes well with more fried foods. Sauteed shrimp is great with steamed veggies. Potatoes are always a great side dish.

Anything light. My favorites are the following:

pasta with a white sauce
wild rice with string beans
shrimp over a colorful vegetable salad

Depends on how you prepare them. But you can do a pasta dish with shrimp. You can do some grilled veggies (like squash, broccoli. etc..). I wouldn't pair shrimp with cheese or other fatty items since shrimp are a little on the fatty side and the tastes could clash if not careful. You're better off going with carbs or veggies.

All you really need is tostadas, saltines, extra limes and a big bottle of Mexican hot sauce. If you are looking for dishes to accompany the ceviche, a avocado salad would go great. Slice some avocados , add salt, pepper, lime juice, drizzle extra virgin olive oil. Then top with shaved rad onion and some queso fresco.

It depends how you're serving it (appetizer, main course, etc.) and how authentic you want to be. Fried plantains are always good. My friend's family is from Ecuador and they make Maiz Tostada which is toasted corn, which is great but I can't find a recipe for it. We have also had popcorn with it. We also put hot sauce in it. YUM! Peruvian cuisine is very similar and I found this comment: Ceviche is traditionally served with cold slices of sweet potatoes or corn on the cob in Peru.

Make sure you have good shrimp sauce and waffle fries or french fries. Fried calamari drizzled with lemon on top of calamari an shrimp go very well together!
