this guy keeps staring and i dont know what he means by it
well about a month ago my friend noticed how this guy kept on staring at me.
i didnt really know who he was untill she was like "omg he always stares at you what did u do to him"
so yah now i always see him around. and he like hard-core stares at me.
like he'll start staring and i'll see him staring
and he sees that i noticed.
but he wont turn away for like anything in the world.
but yah hes always staring at me.
Does it mean he likes me or something else
he always has a sort of smile on his face
i've never seen him before in my life
we sont even know eatch other
he's never spoken to me
he just stares

go ask him why he keeps staring at you. tell him to stop and if he doesn't kick his butt.

He is probably just shy & nerdy, and doesn't know how to approach girls (either that, or he has Attention Defecit Disorder, or is high on drugs all of the time, and doesn't realize what he is looking at, since he is in a haze).
Go up to him and start talking, and see if he responds normally. If he does, then sometime during the conversation ask why he stares at you.

Walk up to him and ask him why, and tell him it's kind of creepy. Ask him not to stare anymore!
