Meaning--not what is legal but, instead, what would make the most sense. 25 seems to be a decent line of demarcation.

Well, heres my rule of thumb. Think back to when you were 18, how old was that person? if it falls under ten that's too young, but there is something to be said for dateing outside your age rang if the person acts approaitely mature

I think you would feel most comfortable with someone in the 5 years plus or minus age range. There is a giant difference in what a 24 year old likes and what a 34 year old likes. I'm afraid you would begin to feel very old quickly if you dated a 24 year old or younger.

Hopefully as a 34 year old you would want to date someone closer to your age in the hopes that this person would be responsible (have a full-time job) and mature. I would stick to a 5 year difference tops!

By law, your date has to be at least 18 years old. However, you should probably stick with dates who are within 5 years of your age (29 - 39). If you go any younger you're going to get a whole lot of really embarrassing rejections. "Wasn't I in volleyball with your daughter?" "Aren't you the old guy from..." "Eww, yuck!"

Yeah. Stick with dates close to your own age.

I see no problem with a 15 year difference however it seems more socially acceptable numbers-wise when both are older i.e. he's 60 + she's 45 vs he's 30 + she's 15.

I would say for you 25... see people are still mentally developing in their 20's...

25 is the age when they are starting to level off...

You don't want to get some young girl that's young and doesn't know what she wants and is silly or irresponsible or yadda yadda...

I think ten years is fine..I dont think you want to go any younger..but then again, it depends on what you looking for..If its just for some noooky then 18 is legal..but a relationship, dont go to young..
