why u dont know what to do its simple find out if she likes u by urself and then u should try and get to know her . thats if u like her ? then proceed and dont be insecure about her being older. she is occupied ?well i saw this late so u should find out if it is serious and respect that! if it is, then u need to back off even if she like u dont be in the braeking up relationships thang! unless she leaves him for u then shoot!

If you like her, then go and start a conversation and flirt a little. When you feel comfortable ask her to go out with you. You want to have a plan of where to go and what to do before you ask her out or ask her for her phone number so you could call her. Sounds like she likes you if all your friends are telling you that!
