What makes you attracted to a girl at first sight? Is it all looks or is it the glimpe of personality they imply?

Mostly looks when you talk about "first sight", but if I also see how she interacts with others (i.e. laughing, smiles a lot, just the way she conducts herself, etc.) that goes a long way also.
