I charge 12 to 15 just for a cut, if I style it, blow dry, curl or flat iron I charge 20 to 25 depending on how long it takes, length of hair, thickness etc...

Yes, It does depend on where you go for the haircut and the upper scale salon doesn't mean your going to get a better cut... it should, but it doesn't. I charge 25 for a cut only. I live and work in Orange county. California.

When you are looking for a good stylist, have a consultation appointment with her/him first. See if you get good vibes from her. Eye contact is important, does she listen to you, give you suggestions. Does she look at your face shape, life style, ask about your willingness to maintain the style, etc. If you and her are on the same page then you may have a good one. Ask her if you can sit and watch her do a few cuts and styles..she shouldn't mind.

That's about what I pay too. I have paid up to $30 for a hair cut & wasn't all that impressed. It depends on the individual stylist, the one I go to at Great Clips does a great job, cuts it exactly the way I like it. It doesn't take rocket science to cut hair & paying over $40 is ridiculous.

Depends on where you live and what kind of hair stylist you go to. If they are high end, then probably something like $50-$80. If they are just a normal hairstylist, then maybe somewhere between $20-$30.

I pay 14 greenbacks and that i like how they decrease my hair. i will't pay better than 20 greenbacks for a haircut because for some reason I easily have undesirable success after I pay better my hair not in any respect comes out the way i opt for it, they continually mess it up.

This totally depends on where you live. A haircut downtown Philly costs about $65, in the Philly suburbs it costs about $30, in Wyoming I pay $15.

I pay around $45-$50 per cut. From experience, every time that I have gone to a cheaper place, they have royally screwed my hair. So for me, a higher price is definitely worth it. You get what you pay for, unless you find an awesome stylist at Supercuts...(don't hold your breath).
