Citing essays from different authors in a book. I'm going to guess their is an editor?

cite each essay:

Wells, Ida B. "A Society of One: Zora Neale Hurston, Maerican Contrarian." The Memphis Diary.('The Memphis Diary' is underlined) Ed. Miriam DeCosta-Willis. Boston: Beacon, 1995.

Online source:
When citing online sources, follow the guidelines for printed articles (or in this case treat the speech like an article...but mention that it was a speech), giving whatever information is available on the online source. At the end of the citation, include the date of access (the date you retreived it online) and the URL .

Hope this helps.

On the left hand side, select the citation type you want, and then input the info and they will cite it for you.

and if you can't ever find the exact link again, just go to google or yahoo search engines and type "MLA Citation Machine"

I bookmarked it and it has definitely helped me over and over again.
