I don't think she is trying to get it using you, if that was the case she would still be with you think about it.

If she doesn't have her green card I would turn her in to immigration especially if you know where she is. The only thing that would make it too late is if she is a legal citizen now. If she doesn't have a green card she is here illegally. I don't know if there is a kid involved , but if there is & born in the states the kid can stay , but if she is illegal she will go.

Yes. The first thing to do is to file for divorce. Then, all you need to do is write to the USCIS office where you applied for her green card, stating that you are in the process of divorcing her and therefore you are withdrawing your petition for your spouse.

I'm not real sure but if you get a divorce won't that stop her from getting it thru you. Oh I know she would find someone else. If you really want to know call legal aide

notify her that you will contact immigration and pursue an annulment or a divorce. that should get her attention and if not she may potentially be liable and civilly sued for fraud if in fact you were clueless and she used you for a green card

well, you can get the divorce, but nothing beyond that. get a good lawyer and make sure she gets nothing.
