I have an unfinished basement, not real big, around 20 x 30 I need to know if there is an easy way to install walls and carpet with out breaking my bank account

drywall is the best but you have to know how or pay someone. is the cieling finished? iif not you can use drywall or drop ceiling tile. I don't know which is cheaper. Or you could just be whacky and paint all the wood light colors and use material to drop down the sides of the walls like curtains if you can find some cheap. Wl Mart sometimes has it for $1. a yd. So, use your imagination or you will have to spend money...Katrina made everything cost more than ever. If the floor is cement you can paint it and stencil for a fun look. Carpet samples would work too. good luck.

I am figuring that the concrete is already laid? If so and you want something that will give it a smooth look and it comes in either a tan or grey color, it is a concrete sealer and comes with like these flakes you can spread over this stuff you smooth out. You can find it at Menards.
