You still don't cook them fast. You cook them right. Take your time or all that marinade goes down the rat hole

The only way to cook them fast, so that they will be edible, is to pressure cook them. I've done that before, and it's not the same as really good slow-cooked ribs, but it's possible.

You brown them on both sides in a skillet, then put them into a pressure cooker, with about 1 cup water in the bottom, on the meat rack. Put the pressure valve on, cook them on high at 10 lbs pressure, turn down to simmer when the pressure valve rattles, then cook them for about 1/2-hour.

If you don't have a pressure cooker, I'd suggest that you have McDonald's tonight, and cook the ribs tomorrow.
You can put those ribs in the oven at 250 degrees, and cook them for several hours, while you're at work, and they will be wonderful when you get home.

I will say wrap them in some plastic wrap then in some aluminum foil, make sure you leave some of that marinade ans seal that foil very good then bake them @ 350* for at least 1-1/2 to 2 hours, at this point check them and if they are tender unwrap them and broil them for a couple minutes so they can caramelize really good... Ribs unfortunately is something you can't just do really fast because they'll be tough as hell...

I boil them before I cook them. Not sure how this will effect the marinade but when I'm in a hurry and want grilled ribs or chicken breast I always boil them in seasoned water and drain well and then grill. Boiling chicken breast right now as a matter of fact.

I don't know what your marinade is, but I have always used beer, garlic, hot sauce to marinade my meat. Then put it in the oven at 350 for about 45 mins and then grill it or drain the sauce and put it back in the oven to get a bit of color.

Pork roast will need time to cook it right, but pork rip shouldn't.
If you want to cook it faster, sliced in each rip, give it a little space from each other on a pan with wrack on it. ( Fat will drip down)
Broil it in the middle part in the oven. in about 15 - 20 minutes, turn it around, check it after 5 minutes and keep close eye on till it's done in dark golden brown. some might done sooner while bigger piece still cooking, so you might want to start to picked out the one already done.

If you own one, a pressure cooker works wonders , then grill them for 2 -4 minutes to get some color and flavor.

Pork should never be cooked fast. tends to scorch and loses its good pork flavor.
