My friends dad left his family last week. He said he was gay and was sick of living a lie. Now my friend thinkds that his dad loves his butt buddy more than him. Why do people bail out on their families like that?

Being a bigoted hate-spewer is a much deeper "sickness" than being gay or LGBT, which isn't a sickness at all. God makes LGBT just as they are, and doesn't make junk - what's your excuse for the hatred you have learned? I certainly hope you don't have the gall to call yourself a 'christian.' WWJD?

People get disenchanted with their lives often because of a empty spot in their spirit. They try to fill it with many various things, but nothing will feel that spot except giving your heart to God.

People get so wrapped in this self-gratification, that it takes away the things in their lives that used to mean something. Including family.

I can't even begin to tell you why people bail out on their families, but it is a shame. Tell your friend that their dad does not love the man in his life more than them. Right now, he is probably feeling pretty down on himself. He should be anyway.

I am so sorry for your friends. I pray that things will get better for them.
